Highly recommend - bags kept in a separate room and they have a great tagging organisation system to ensure people collect the correct bags. Was a great option to leave here as we arrived to the station early and left from the station to our accommodation at the end of the day! 5 stars
입구는 2층에 있습니다 엘리베이터를 타세요 다만 로비까지는 계단이 있으므로 무거운 짐이 있다면 조금 피해야할 수 있습니다 직원들은 모두 친절하고 신속합니다 짐을 찾을 때도 아무 문제가 없었어요
So close to the train! Great price and easy to find. They were very nice and friendly!
Easy place to find, even though we were late to check in they still accommodated us! Check in and check out was quick and easy, and only a few minutes away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella! Can’t recommend this enough :)
