Great guys here. They have assigned one of their team to handle checking in and out so it’s very streamlined. Once you confirm your booking then check the photo of the store in the app - you can’t miss the place! Added bonus is its opposite the entrance to the Elizabeth Line station which has ‘step free’ access. This location is ideal if you have heavy cases and need to get to the airport afterwards.

It was a little tricky to find the location since they have a small sign and it was raining on the day of my arrival. Other than that, everything was great! The staff were great and your personal belongings will be safe, as they scan your reservation code twice and your luggage has specific number on it so you can’t take someone else’s luggage. You take a picture of the number tag and you show it to the stuff when you come to pick your luggage up. I’m mentioning this because I saw reviews of other places in which people said you could pick any suitcase you wanted. Here this is not the case. Very close to Liverpool street station, I’ll make sure to suggest this place to whoever is in need of it!

Lovely personnel. Check-in and out was easy. As it is in the it was very convenient for me to have somewhere close by that could look after my luggage for a few hours.
