Easy to check in and checkout at Ruben Cafe Condado with no problem. We came two hours later than our checkout time but they gave us no hassle whatsoever. Would definitely use again if in the Condado / San Juan area.
The bounce app and website are HORRIBLE, not one UX designer ever looked at either one. Thankfully, the staff at the hotel were great, and helpful, and what a super cute hotel!
