This is a great service, the lady on reception was very friendly and the place looks safe and secure. The only thing I would say is to type in the name of the hotel, not the address as the address sent me in the opposite direction.
My friends and I left our bags here in Cascais. It was very handy as we had about 7 hours between checking out and when we needed to leave for the airport. The staff were so lovely.
