Amazing excellent. Very close to milano central station. There is a storage room. 24 hours reception.
The place was ok, the employee helped a lot. The storage room was overall safe for 3 small bags (I guess). The best thing of the experience which led to the 5 stars is that I had booked twice and due to bad connection I didn't understand it until 3-4 days later that my bank informed me for the double charge. The problem got solved so easy with bounce and I thank them for the speed and the efficiency!
Owner stayed and waited for 2hrs extra after agreed check-out time. Saved us the day. Grazie!
