Was a bit worried about using this app, especially as it gave an address outside Rome Station (not the best area) but all was safe and bags were returned without tampering.
Effortless check-in. I had issues pulling up my bag drop confirmation, but they still took my bag and asked for me to show them it upon r turn. Very friendly staff and quick to retrieve my bag.
