The man was very nice, asked us to take a picture with our luggage as proof but it was the same employee when we returned and he recognized us. Luggage is taken into a backroom not out on the floor. Very cute coffee shops nearby too :)
The desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The only concern to note is that it there wasn't any clear processes for verifying that the bags I picked up were in fact mine. I would use storage at this location again only for things that are not too valuable or important. For anything of significant value or importance, best to use a more secure facility.
Easy and convenient to reach, near to the Chatelet metro station just in the centre of Paris
Pay attention where is the turn from main road to the parking lot. Google maps lead you correctly, but we missed the turn. The storage is located inside of the hotel, so go to the main entrance and ring the buzzer. You have to pay in advance to get QR code, but concierge can give you an instructions. Easy and safe. We left 3 mountain bikes inside no problem. 24h access. Perfect.
