Very close to Paddington station super easy to find and staffs are friendly definitely super handy and secure location if you want to wander around before heading to airport.
The entrance is in a small passage to the left of the airline. Dont be put off by how the surroundings or the lift look. Make sure you close the lift door properly and press 10. The bag service is situated inside Madina Hostel. The staff are all very friendly and yes, your bag will stand with other bags in the passage. I left 2 bags there to explore the pyramids as I had about 10 hours between my connecting flights. First time I am using the service. Friendly staff and will use it again!
