The staff was super friendly & helpful, especially the Black man with braids & glasses (sorry I forgot your name). We were able to drop off & pick up our luggage very easily & quickly. Our belongings were untouched. Great service!
The store was super accommodating (I booked the wrong location at first) and let me store my suitcase. Bounce app was also great that it allowed me to cancel my other location’s res. Thank you!
