Next time I visit Kew I would definitely leave my bags with them. The service was fast and friendly. The only negative is they don't give a receipt when you leave your bags, but they do ask you to take a photo, so that's probably good enough, I'd just prefer an actual receipt!
It was very nice to see such a friendly and helpful man at the storage location. He brightened our day! Also the availability of a changing room and toilets were great extra service!

Overall easy experience and appreciate that the bags were tagged and kept behind a hidden locked door! I would recommend that the store show this to users at drop off so that they can feel more assured with the safety, as some of my group was unsure of where the bags were going to be kept safe. Otherwise, great quick experience!
