We didn’t notice that we were flying out on a Canadian holiday. So every storage facility was closed (even after we paid). Luckily we found bounce which gave us accurate store hour information. PenguinPick-up was the only store open and saved us from having to carry heavy luggage around or sleep at the airport. Staff was incredibly friendly, really helpful, and was expecting us before we arrived. Highly recommend!
