A sign outside on the main door of the Carriage House that says "Bounce" would be helpful. At the very least please consider posting something that says "push intercom button for Bounce luggage service" because I had no idea I had to do that or if I was even in the right place. Other than that it was great!
Very helpful staff person. We arrived early but she was very accommodating.
The staff there was so lovely & I felt like my luggage was safe! Super quick & easy to check in & out also! First time using Bounce & will definitely do this again when I come back to Vegas!
