First time using Bounce. The attendant took a picture of our luggage and labeled each bag. When we came back to retrieve the luggage, it was quick and easy. Attendant was very nice. Would use them again.
Perhaps they may sell luggage bags as an item in their store they costed us just under $5.00 New Zealand for a Large bag

Our flight was delayed and pickup was on a Sunday so when we got notification that the location had closed by the time we got to Britomart station we figured we would have to wait until next day but we're pleased that the store was still open and could retrieve our luggage.
