It was hard to find the place to drop off luggage. FYI for everyone else that the hotel lobby is on the second floor and you have to ring the doorbell to get access to the lobby room.
Service was excellent. We were in a bit of a bind having left our apartment at 12 noon and having until 6pm to make our way to the airport. The drop off location was only a few minutes away, easy to find and the drop off process was very straight forward. Would definitely use this service again.
Very convenient place and friendly staff, everything went perfectly from start to pickup, to recommend in Torino!

Nice location, nice stuff, I asked the receptionist for help to find the airport bus stop and she helped me, even then I didn't stay in the hostel (many many thanks to her, it worked!)
