Great service from digital start to one on one service
The staff is friendly but there are no tags/receipt/pictures that we got to identify our bags. For check out we just take the bag ourselves. So it really depend on honesty of the customers. I could say that another bag is mine and the staff will never know. But we check in and check out our bags safely
I used this storage service because the largesized lockers at Zurich station were full for my suitcase. Its location is good (near the station and no uphill walk involved) and the staff were helpful.
