Lovely welcome, followed by amazing flexibility while I sorted out a problem (broken suitcase). When an item fell out of the case while transferring things, and I hadn't noticed, the lady even walked across the road to give it to me. I'd give 7/5 stars if I could!

The staff was very helpful and the service was very convenient. All the large storage lockers at the Interlaken station were in use, so it was very nice to walk across the street and drop our luggage at the hotel for the day.
