The description of the stores location is confusing. It should say opposite the Savoy Hotel, not in front of.
We were greeted at the door and there is friendly staff looking after the bags at all times. When we arrived to collect it was a 1 min process and we were on our way - just perfect. Location is right near the train entrance to the airport as well - couldn't be more convenient.
