First time using this service. Needed to store our luggage while walking around London. Facebook as ever listening to us gave suggestions. Download the app found a location and walked in. Was surprised it was a shop, was expecting a locker system to be fair. Spoke to the lad behind the counter and after showing the QR code. He took some pictures gave me a receipt. Reminding me to bring the QR code and receipt back when picking them bag up. Was relieved that it felt all secure and we had made a good choice. Collected the bags later on with no problems. I might not use this service all the time, however it's a great service to know about. Will definitely use when the need arises.
