Its difficult to find the location through google map. Please mentioned the hotel name, it would be easy for customer to find out the location.
Was a little worried all bags were stored in 1 big rooms with honesty system between customers but all was ok
We had to wait a few minutes to get into the building as there was no one on reception at the time. After we called the number twice we were greeted by a friendly lady who spoke English. We had 4 large suitcases and a backpack. Two were put in a small cupboard with someone else’s luggage and the others were placed behind the door of a meeting room. I would’ve preferred our things to be together and not with someone else’s luggage as one our of suitcases looked exactly like someone else’s. It seemed like a secure building with not a lot of foot traffic. When we pressed the buzzer to retrieve our luggage the reception was manned and so it was a quick and easy process to collect our luggage.
Seamless check in and out. Friendly staff. Right outside the train and bus station.
First time using bounce and it was fantastic what a brilliant idea. Staff were awesome and treated me like any other hotel guest 😊
Was slightly confused at first until I realized it was IN the restaurant. But awesome location, super kind employees, and great way to putz around Boston’s bumpy sidewalks before a hotel check in or event :-) Definitely would book here again!
