Dropping off luggage at Chill Coffee House was simple and quick. The staff person was very friendly, and it went without a hitch. Heading back at the end of the day to pick up my luggage, I found the Underground unexpectedly closed between my location and the shop. I had to walk, and arrived late as a result, 10 minutes after shop closing. The staff were waiting for me...and only me...to lock the doors for the day. They were understanding and kind, and overall incredibly gracious. I'd use bounce there again without hesitation, and encourage everyone to patronize this great coffee shop.
