Located west of the Chicago River, Chicago Union Station is found at the intersection West Adams Street and West Jackson Boulevard. Situated just outside of the Chicago Loop, it’s in close proximity to the city’s main business and commercial centers. With over 40 million visitors per year, Union Station is the third-busiest train terminal in the United States and is home to several major transportation methods, such as Amtrak and the Metra commuter rail. Guided by the vision of famed architect Daniel Burnham, Union Station is now one of Chicago's greatest landmarks and is getting ready to celebrate its centennial in 2025.
Fun fact: Though the skylight in the Great Hall was covered during World War II to protect Union Station from enemy fire, it was restored and unveiled to the public in November 2018.

I needed luggage storage near to Union Station in Chicago so this was as close as it gets. I was a bit put off by the neighborhood and the storefront but the gentlemen who were running the establishment were helpful with a good sense of humor at my difficulty figuring out how to run the app. I had it downloaded on my phone but didn't know how to maneuver it to show them what they wanted. This is a convenience-type of store that sells everything imaginable (and unimaginable as well) but I felt welcome and didn't have any reason to worry about my luggage. I didn't see anything that looked like a restaurant but there was a lot of snack food. I'd use them again.
Great experience at Americana Submarine in Chicago. The guys were very nice and took great care of my things. Will definitely use this service again!
My experience at the Wheeler mansion was positive, but I wish we'd received a bit more drop-off instructions prior to arrival in Chicago. The Wheeler mansion is gated and we were not aware at first that it was okay to open the gate and go right up to the house.
