Universal Studios is located in the San Fernando Valley directly north of central Los Angeles. It doubles as one of Hollywood’s oldest film studios as well as a world-class amusement park. Founder Carl Laemmle opened the Universal City ranch to the public in 1915, with the theme park commencing operations in 1964. The larger area of Universal City also includes a host of hotels, shops, and restaurants.
Fun fact: The first tours at Universal Studios cost a mere five cents, with lunch included.
It’s nearly impossible to take part in all the fun at Universal Studios Hollywood in one day, but it’s definitely worth trying. Here are the attractions you shouldn’t miss out on for a visit to Universal Studios Hollywood:
Universal Studios Hollywood offers bag lockers of three sizes for visitors. However, the largest lockers max out at 21” x 11” x 16”, which means that larger items such as luggage can’t be accommodated. Furthermore, the price of each locker rental ranges from $8-15, which is significantly more costly than bag storage with Bounce in LA. If you’re hoping to find cost-effective bag and luggage storage near Universal Studios, your best bet is to book with a Bounce partner nearby.
