Drop off and pick up was smooth. The directions link shown by the app is wrong. Using Google maps directly works.
They were very friendly and helpful. I totally trusted them. It may not be for everyone as our suitcase were left in the lobby next to the reception. Which I thought was okay but if a person is expecting them to be locked somewhere it wouldn't work for them.
It was not far from Ramsis Station but you have to cross the street which you should be very careful.
Super helpful staff, very friendly and safe. The place is right next to the station which was perfect. Would recommend.
