Do you have a location near X?
You can find all of our locations by inputting your address on our search page. If you really want to Bounce your things but we don't offer a location near you, please let us know! We're constantly adding new locations, and your feedback and requests are a big part of helping us focus on the right places.
Where are my items stored?
We partner with local businesses around the city, including dry cleaners, restaurants, cafes, delis, and hotels. We require the location to offer a dedicated storage room or a designated area that's off limits for customers. All items will be tagged and sealed to make sure you can go about your day free from worry.
Do I need cash?
Nope! Enter your credit card details and pay safely online for swift drop-off and pick-up at our locations. That way, you don't have to worry about currencies and payments when you get there. You're also required to book online to benefit from our $10,000 Bounce guarantee. We have a full-refund policy in case your plans change!
What if my plans change?
You can arrive any time within the store's hours of operation, so don't worry about being early or late within that timeframe. If you need to add bags to your order, simply make another booking. If you need to cancel, please do so before the start of your booking. Forward your email confirmation and reason of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund.
What can I store?
You tell us! Think of us as your personal storage locker all around the city. Use Bounce to store luggage, gym bags, backpacks, massage tables, sales material, or whatever is holding you down.
How does Bounce work?
Bounce offers storage locations at every block of the city, hosted at local businesses. We make it easy to find and book conveniently located space. Place your booking online, show up at the location, check your items, and go enjoy the city. It's that simple.
Is there a maximum item size?
If one person can pick it up, we'll take it! If you have questions, reach out to email@example.com.
Do you offer hourly storage?
Bounce doesn't offer hourly storage. Instead of charging $2-$3/hour like other providers, we offer a $5.90 flat daily rate. On average, 90% of our customers store their things for more than 3 hours, making our option affordable and worry free. We want to unburden you by offering citywide storage, not stress you out with a running meter.
Are large bags more expensive?
Nope. All of our bags are priced at $5.90/day. Storing your things with Bounce is affordable, safe, and flexible.
Can I store my items for a week or a month?
Yes. Simply input your booking information. If you're seeking a long-term option for booking, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
Are my items safe?
We personally vet every location we sign up on our platform. We require every location to store your items safely out of reach from other customers. We also tag and seal every item, so you can store your things knowing they won't be tampered with. Should anything happen, we offer a $10,000 Bounce guarantee so you can rest assured.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel, please do so before the start of your booking. Simply forward your email confirmation and reason for cancellation to email@example.com for a full refund.
