• Giant Panda Breeding Research Base: Founded in 1987, researchers have been dedicated to keeping the Giant Panda from becoming extinct. Stop by the gift shop before leaving for cute souvenirs.

Dining

Chengdu is known for its spicy Sichuan cuisine. When you are visiting, you have to take your taste buds on the adventure of a lifetime. But not all fare is about the heat of the dish, you can find savory, sweet, and tangy dishes throughout your stay. Chefs in Chengdu have mastered the art of fusing flavors together into beautiful and scrumptious plates.

Flavors burst forth from the dishes served where you can literally feel the heat and start to sweat before you even taste the dish.
